While Alex plans to sell the house and land and forget about it, the groundskeeper Theo's best friend Nick wants to continue Theo's rewilding plans. Soon Alex is hearing voices and having visions that as a sceptic she feels she cannot trust, but her Ghost Patrol colleagues encourage her to try and record what is happening and as her encounters get stranger she draws closer to Nick and to the stories about the wild wood that house is named for.
